Guest Notice: We are privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to any guest or loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind, we have a no tolerance policy for any damages that may occur to the property. We will charge any and all repairs or replacement fees to you.
We are a non-smoking business and have a very strict NO TOLERANCE policy for smoking or vaping or cooking in the rooms. TAMPERING with the fire alarm in any way will cause immediate removal with absolutely no refund as well as additional charges. Use our designated outdoor areas provided for convenience. There will be a minimum charge of $250 to clean and deodorize any room that has been smoked in.
No REFUNDS, No exceptions. We MAY be able to offer a room credit for your stay but please keep this in mind before booking. We will keep a copy of your card and ID on file. All persons 18+ must check in and have ID on file.
Room Keys must be returned before check-out @ 11 AM. Failure to return the key could result in a fee of $30
